Quoting & Workflow
Technigraph provides a number of ways for you to know the status of your order - before we begin, while it is in progress, and after we have shipped. We also have a detailed set of written procedures for all primary and many secondary levels of plant operation, and we welcome your visits for quality audits of our plant and procedures.
- First, each new project will be quoted in writing. Our quote sheets include specific parameters, including price per thousand, release sizes, tooling charges, quality standards, terms and conditions, packing specifications,
scrap rates and print registration tolerances. Repeat projects do not
require a re-quote. - Once we receive your purchase order, our Customer Service Department will review it and confirm the order by phone call or email and establish delivery dates for your order.
- Once an order is in our system, you will receive a daily summary of activity. This daily report includes blankware received, shipments, items produced for the day and cumulatively, quantities remaining to produce, daily scrap, and cumulative scrap.
- If you wish, we can also provide a weekly summary of open orders. This report shows schedule dates, inventory totals, and estimated completion dates by job and sku.
All blankware received at Technigraph can be inspected pursuant to specification provided by customers, and results can be faxed to the customer for their review. Outbound shipments are inspected pursuant to Mil Std 105E, AQL levels of .65 critical, 1.0 major, and 4.0 minor unless otherwise specified. Inspection documents are available to the customer and quality certifications can be done upon customer request.
Our spacious and climate controlled warehouse can be used to stage product. Typically, blankware is stored for 30 days at no charge and printed ware for up to 60 days. Additional arrangements can be made if required.
