QC Terms:

Standard graphic quality levels will be produced based upon ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (replaces Mil Std 105E), Single Sampling Plan, General Inspection II, Critical .65, Major 1.5, Minor 4.0. If required levels are different, notify Technigraph in writing and on the P.O. prior to production. Pricing may be subject to change if AQL levels are tighter than the standard. Universal Product Code print quality based on scan/no scan evaluation, not letter grade of scan.

Scrap Allowance:

Allow 2% per pass or label in substrate scrap. Flavor releases 25,000 units or below, add 400 parts per pass or label to allowable scrap. Scrap allowance does not include substrate defects.

Terms and Conditions:

Quotation subject to review of art and substrate. Pricing based on automatic feed systems. Technigraph will not be liable for scuffing or scratching of parts. Label registration tolerance is +/- 1/8”. Print registration is +/- 3/32” unless otherwise noted. Technigraph will not guarantee or be liable for ink adhesion on polypropylene. Pressure sensitive labels to be supplied by Customer. Packing materials are not included or supplied by Technigraph unless otherwise noted. The Customer is liable for any costs incurred in preparation of their order prior to cancellation or obsolescence. The suitability of Technigraph supplied processes for a particular application is the responsibility of the user. Technigraph will not assume liability after the product is filled, if items are completed, or if items are in your possession for more than 30 days. All items are make and ship unless quoted otherwise. Any blankware stored for over 30 days may be subject to retroactive storage charges, and Technigraph will assume no liability for the ware. Issuance of a Purchase Order deems acceptance of all quote terms and conditions. Payment Terms are Net 30. All preceding quotes for the same part are null and void. Any comments appearing in the “Notes” section of a Customer quote take precedence over “Terms and Conditions.”
