Technigraph provides a broad portfolio of decoration services, including the roll stamp banding of closures. Without question, Technigraph has more experience with the foil banding of closures than any decoration house in the country.
In 2007, Technigraph was selected by Procter and Gamble to roll stamp closures for its premium retail shampoo brand, Pantene. The project required equipment with annual capacity for 300 million closures to be designed, constructed and installed. Quality specifications were stringent, and reliability and performance were critical if we were to meet P&G order requirements.
Technigraph constructed a production facility, installed the equipment and began production within a compressed time frame of several months. Over a three year period, we successfully roll stamped over 500,000,000 closures without a single quality rejection and a 100% on time delivery record.
