Capabilities
Our catalog of services has grown to include decoration on jars, closures, tubes and bottles of varying shapes and sizes. We can successfully decorate almost any material used for commercial packaging, including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), Soft Touch resin, polylactic acid (PLA), polypropylene, recycled plastics, metals, glass, nylon and more. Customers can choose between or combine processes including screen printing, pressure sensitive labels, roll stamping, pad printing, frosts and decorative coatings, textures, thermo chromatics and others.
While traditional packaging components - bottles, jars, tubes and closures - are the items we decorate most frequently, Technigraph can also frost, print and label custom components such as cosmetic cases, CD/DVD cases (flat stock) and custom injection molded parts. Our equipment can generally accommodate both round and oval containers with a minimum diameter of 1" and minimum 2" in length; maximum sizes are 4.5" diameter and 11.5" in length. For closures and custom parts, the minimum and maximum print areas are similar, and we would be happy to review your project to see if it matches our capabilities.
